President’s Pondering
Dear Members, As the days grow colder and the colours of autumn return, I’m delighted to welcome everyone, both new and returning members to another season with the Richmond Carvers Society. To our new members, welcome! We’re glad to have you join our community. And to our returning members, thank you for continuing to share your talent, enthusiasm, and friendship. We will be having a short special meeting on Wednesday 5th of November to discuss increasing the yearly membership fees prior to the membership renewal notices for 2026, so it would be really good for as many as possible to attend to voice your opinion and vote on this matter. A special thank you to both Neil for his efforts in getting me to write this letter in a timely manner and his patience when I don't and to Dan for his patience and guidance with the new members and the extra effort he regularly goes to in creating blanks for those projects.
